I relocated the following from the article page. I could cope with the plug for the book if i could see its relevance to this profile. While the par below states that it is about Bishop, he is barely mentioned on the cited url page. Is this really relevant? The book it is about Sanford Bishop serving as the congressman for the ninth poorest district in America for a dozen years.
