Biography

(PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v. PMI, et al, April 19, 1996) He was an attorney for American Tobacco Company, New York, NY (1993). He was the attorney for ATC in the Wilks case (MS) in which the trial judge found cigarettes defective and unreasonably dangerous (NYT 5/13/93).
