Biographical Information
"Wendy joined the Board in March 2012, and is chairman of the Remuneration Committee. She also serves on the Nomination Committee. Wendy has been a Non-Executive Director at Whitbread plc since 2008, and is also a Trustee of Cancer Research UK. Wendy has held a number of commercial leadership roles including Group Chief Marketing Officer of Vodafone and CEO of TalkTalk's residential business. Prior to that she was a Partner at McKinsey & Company where she led the UK Retail and Consumer Practice. Wendy holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business." [1]
