William Turner "serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of EXSULTATE INC., a holding company Newmont Gold Co. Mr. Turner served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated-Bathurst, Inc., Montreal. Mr. Turner serves as Vice-Chairman of the Carnegie Institution of Washington and Vice-Chairman of the Council of the World Economic Forum. He serves as a Director of Newmont Mining Corporation, Proudfoot PLC and Schroders PLC. He has been a Director of Newmont Gold Co. since 1989. He served as a Director of Schroders PLC since 1984. He also served as Non-Executive Director of Schroder Japan Growth Fund plc. He also holds a number of non-executive directorships in Canada and the USA. Mr. Turner has a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Toronto and an MBA from Harvard Business School." [1]
