"Professor Willingham teaches courses in U.S. politics. These include the basic course on national politics as well as special courses on the Civil Rights movement, Nonprofit Organizations and Community Change, Southern Politics and issues of access and representation especially as these are raised under prohibitions on racial discrimination under the 1965 Voting Rights Act."
