Biographical Information

"Mr. Ali E. Wambold is a Managing Principal at Corporate Partners LLC. He was the Chief Executive Officer at Lazard Alternative Investments LLC till February 17, 2009. Mr. Wambold joined Lazard in 1985 and became a General Partner in 1987. From 1999 to February 2009, he has been responsible for Lazard’s North American alternative investment activities. Prior to that, Mr. Wambold was a Senior Investment Banker at Lazard's New York and London offices. He was the Founder, Co-Head, and Board Member of Corporate Partners I. Before joining Lazard, Mr. Wambold was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers. He is or has been a member of the board of directors of a number of publicly and privately held companies in the United States and abroad including Waterford Wedgwood plc. Mr. Wambold is a C.F.A. He is an M.B.A. in Finance, Marketing, and International Business from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where Mr. Wambold graduated with, beta gamma sigma honors and received an A.B. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College."[1]
