"Mr. Adnani is a founder of Uranium Energy Corp and has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of the Company since its inception in January 2005. He is also the founder and Chairman of GoldMining Inc., a publicly-listed gold property acquisition and development company that has grown to control a sizeable portfolio of projects across the Americas. By background, he is an entrepreneur, and earlier established and grew two private companies.
