Biographical Information
Andrew joined Premier Foods's "in November 2011 as General Counsel & Company Secretary. Prior to this he held the same position at Uniq plc, recently acquired by the Greencore Group. Andrew is a qualified solicitor and worked as a corporate lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before moving into industry. He is a law graduate of Manchester University." [1]
