G. Angela Henry "joined Phillips Oppenheim after four years with the executive search firm of Ray & Berndtson.

"Before becoming a search consultant, Angela was a senior administrator in nonprofit organizations focused on education, women, children and human rights, including a major medical school and hospital in New York City, two prestigious private schools and the International Women’s Health Coalition. She was also Founding Executive Director of Early Steps, an organization working with families of color, and served as Director of Operations for the Mali field office of CARE in West Africa.

"A native New Yorker, Angela earned a bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, from Tufts University and a master’s degree in education from Harvard University. She is a trustee of the Ethical Culture Fieldston School (from which she was graduated), Manhattan Country School and the U.S. branch of War Child. Her community activities include Global Kids, the New York Women's Foundation, Sanctuary for Families, the Women’s City Club of New York and the Women's Commission for Refugee Women and Children."
