Arnold Lee Kanter

Arnold Lee Kanter, a principal and founding member of The Scowcroft Group, served as Under Secretary of State from 1991 to 1993 and "was a program director at the RAND Corporation, a member of the research staff at the Brookings Institution, and a member of the faculty at Ohio State University and the University of Michigan. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, and his master and doctoral degrees from Yale University." [1]
