Aruna Chandra Spencer

Aruna Chandra Spencer is Deputy General Counsel of Seedco.

“Prior to joining Seedco, she was a senior associate in the project finance group of Chadbourne & Parke LLP. Ms. Spencer has also worked with a number of international organizations and NGOs, including the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights of the Organization of American States, the Inter-American Development Bank and the International League for Human Rights.

“Ms. Spencer received a BA from Haverford College and holds a Master of International Affairs from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and a JD from The George Washington University National Law Center.”
