The company's website claims the "partnership continues our 28 year history of capturing attractive investment opportunities in infrastructure, telecommunications, internet/media and related technologies." It specializes in "investments in infrastructure, telecommunications, internet, media, towers for wireless services, and related technologies."
The firm, which is based in New York City, began in 1985 and is not publicly traded.
