Biographical Information

"Barney Feinblum is a seasoned natural products industry veteran and successful private investor. He is a Managing Director of Greenmont I and serves on both the Greenmont I and Greenmont II Investment Committees. Mr. Feinblum is founder and President of Organic Vintners. Previously, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Horizon Organic Dairy. Prior to that, he was President of Natural Venture Partners, a private investment company. Mr. Feinblum also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Celestial Seasonings and held various other positions including President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Finance. He currently serves on the Boards of Gaiam, OZOcar and Seventh Generation. Mr. Feinblum has also served on the Boards of White Wave Foods, Wild Oats Marketplace, Pharmaca, Allegro Coffee, Alfalfa's Market and Fresh & Wild. He received a B.S. degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado. "[1]

Barney was also a founding partner and served on the board of directors of Fresh & Wild, a leading natural foods retail chain in London, which was acquired by Whole Foods Market in 2004." [2]
