Bonnie R. Cohen "is a consultant specializing in management and financial issues.

"From 1996-2000 Ms. Cohen was Undersecretary of State for Management, under Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. From 1992-1996 Ms. Cohen was Assistant Secretary of the Interior under Secretary Babbitt. Prior to her government service, Ms. Cohen was Senior Vice President of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Treasurer of the United Mine Workers Association of America pension funds.

"Bonnie R. Cohen serves on the Board of Cohen & Steers Mutual Funds, a $20 billion dollar family of mutual funds.

"Ms. Cohen is Vice President of the District of Columbia Library Board of Trustees and is Vice Chair of the Board of the Global Heritage Fund. Ms. Cohen is also on the Board of the Washington Film Festival and the Washington National Opera and Chair of the Camerata at the WNO. She is Chair of the Advisory Committees of The Posse Foundation DC.

"Ms. Cohen is a member of the Cosmos Club and on the Endowment Investment Committee. She is also a member of Elks Lodge 692 in Telluride, Colorado.
