"Bonnie Docherty is a clinical instructor with the International Human Rights Clinic and a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School. Docherty spent the previous five years at Human Rights Watch, participating on fact-finding missions to Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt, and Darfur. Her HRW publications include "Fatally Flawed: Cluster Bombs and their Use by the United States in Afghanistan," "Off Target: The Conduct of the War and Civilian Casualties in Iraq" (co-authored), and "Reading between the 'Red Lines': The Repression of Academic Freedom in Egyptian Universities." She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her A.B. from Harvard University." [1]
