Biographical Information

"Brooke Macdonald is President of Macdonald Consulting LLC, and an advisor on doing business in Latin America. For the past four years, Brooke was Vice President Legal Affairs of Skye Resources Inc. (Fenix nickel project, Guatemala) until its recent acquisition by HudBay Minerals Inc. He has more than 18 years experience in the mining industry, specializing in exploration and mine development joint ventures in Latin America, as legal counsel and as Placer Dome’s country manager in Venezuela. He is knowledgeable in corporate and mining law in North and Latin America, is a member of the New York Bar, and earned his law degree from Queen’s University in Ontario."
