Biographical Information

Caroline Mason was "the Chief Operating Office for Big Society Capital Limited recently set up to develop and growth the social finance market through the use of Dormant Account money. She was previously Chief Operating Officer at Charity Bank and also the co-founder of Investing for Good, a social investment advisory firms and one of the first Community Interest Companies created.

"Before, joining the social sector eight years ago, Caroline had an eighteen-year track record of creative and innovative product development across a diverse range of businesses in the financial services sector. With Reuters, she managed the global development of real time news and television services and then pioneered the introduction of web technology products. She set up her own consulting company to work with several financial institutions to bring about fundamental business process change – examples include the introduction of electronic broking services for an inter-dealer broker and the establishment of a wealth management product suite for a private bank.
