Background

Ms. Trabucchi is a recognized expert on financial assurance and federal financial indemnity models. She regularly consults on the interplay of financial responsibility and environmental disclosure requirements on various statutory regimes, including emerging policies for climate change. Ms. Trabucchi serves on several multi-stakeholder panels addressing the implications of financial responsibility on new and emerging technologies, and provides consulting support to public- and private-sector clients on business planning, corporate finance, and managerial cost accounting.
