Biographical Information

"Christine Coleman is a senior marketing and global communications leader with fourteen years experience in the nonprofit, philanthropy, and high tech sectors. She is a highly skilled strategist and tactician with an emphasis on corporate positioning and branding, web site development, PR, lead generation, and organizational development. As Director of Communications and Marketing at Tides, she successfully led all marketing programs for multiple service offerings, including an extensive organizational re-brand, crisis communications, website and collateral design and development, and campaign and event management. Prior to joining Tides, Christine worked in high tech public relations at Horn Group, Inc. where she led enterprise software and e-commerce accounts and helped launch high tech companies. She has also held marketing positions at Walker Interactive, a financial software company, and 2Know, Inc., a cross-cultural communications consulting firm. She has provided marketing and planning consultation for a variety of diverse social change organizations, and served as a board member at International Development Exchange which supports and builds alliances with NGO’s across the globe working to confront global systems of inequality. Christine holds a Masters in Organizational Development from California Institute of Integral Studies and a BA in French Literature and Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz."[1]
