"Christopher McGowan has served as a Director of the Group since September 2002. He has been employed principally by Madison Dearborn since 1999 where he currently serves as a Managing Director. He has significant experience working with companies in a wide range of industrial sectors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Forest Products Holdings, LLC (d.b.a. Boise Cascade)." [1]
