Climate Change Performance Index 2008
The Climate Change Performance Index 2008 (CCPI) is a report developed by the non-government organization, Germanwatch, which ranks the "climate protection performances of the 56 countries that, together, are responsible for more than 90 percent of global energy-related CO2 emissions".
