"The Clore Social Leadership Programme is an initiative of the Clore Duffield Foundation. Following the success of the Clore Leadership Programme for the cultural sector, in 2007 the trustees of the Clore Duffield Foundation appointed a steering group, chaired by the Director of the Foundation, to develop proposals for a similar programme in the social sector... Dame Mary Marsh was appointed as the founding Director of the Clore Social Leadership Programme and, along with the Programme’s Administrator, started work at the end of October 2008."[1]
