Constantine "Deno" Macricostas "brings RES 40 years of executive level technical, business and financial management experience, with a successful record in building public companies.

"After coming to the U.S., attending college and serving in the Army, Mr. Macricostas began his business career in 1960 as a design engineer for National Semiconductor. In 1969, following work as an engineering manager for Qualitron, where he designed early photomask making equipment, he founded Photronics, Inc., now the world's leading maker and manufacturer of photomasks for the semiconductor industry. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Macricostas has played important roles in other startup businesses: he was an early investor and board member of Nutmeg Savings and Loan, Colonial Data, and Orbit Semiconductor.

"Mr. Macricostas has received many awards, including the Small Business Administration's National Entrepreneurial Success Award, the High Tech Entrepreneur of the Year, and the Eli Whitney Award for Excellence in Small Business Management. He is listed in Who's Who in American Business, and has been recognized by President Clinton and the executives of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce." [1]

He is the father of George Macricostas.
