Biography

Dan Rostenkowski was a U.S. Representative in 1994. Rostenkowski is one of the top recipients of tobacco industry campaign contributions, per Dr. Sidney Wolfe. (Day One 3/7/94) UST Public Affairs, Inc. (apparently affiliated with U.S. Tobacco Co.), The Tobacco Institute, and Philip Morris each contributed $5,000 to Dan Rostenkowski's legal defense fund in 1994. (WP 7/18/94)
