Daniel Gross "is an investment Partner of Hudson Clean Energy. Formerly, Mr. Gross was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he was a senior member of the US alternative energy investment business within the Special Situations Group. Mr. Gross headed efforts to invest in solar photovoltaic and was actively involved in investment analysis of solar thermal, wind, fuel cells, biomass, grid management, and carbon emission trading strategies. Mr. Gross led Goldman's investment in SunEdison (for which he served as an active member of the Board), First Solar, and Solar Integrated Technology.

"Prior to Goldman, Mr. Gross was Senior Vice President in GE's Energy Financial Services unit where he spearheaded the efforts to originate and execute renewable energy investments and closed over $1 billion of principal investments in energy-sector loans, leases, mezzanine, common/preferred equity, and tax-driven partnerships. While at GE, Mr. Gross developed many of the financial models and transaction process guidelines that became standard templates at the company, and he was actively involved in the training of analysts and associates in tax, accounting, financial modeling, and risk analysis.
