David Berteau

David Berteau works for Clark & Weinstock. Prior to joining the company he had "over 15 years experience in senior defense management positions, in logistics, acquisition, manpower, environment, and budgeting. He is a frequent speaker at conferences on a wide variety of public policy topics." [1]

According to his biographical note he is a "faculty member of Syracuse University's Maxwell School and a lecturer at the DoD APEX training seminars. He also serves on the NASA Advisory Council as a Public Administration representative and is a member of the board of directors of the Procurement Round Table, and has previously served on three Defense Science Board task forces and two summer studies."
