David Mell

"David graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Classics. He joined IBM as a Systems Engineer and enjoyed a career of more than thirty years in UK and International roles. Over the last eight years he has served on the Boards of a number of NHS Providers, Commissioners and "Arms Length" bodies. Most recently David was Non-Executive Director and Vice Chair of Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust from 2013 to August 2017. He is currently Non-Executive Director and Chair of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland NHS Facilities Management Collaborative."
