Biographical Information

Deborah joined Nord Anglia Education "in 2010 following a period running her own global education consultancy company offering expert advice to governments and charitable foundations. A former academic and a prominent thought leader in the educational sphere she is best known for her ground breaking work on advanced cognitive performance where she is internationally recognised as one of world’s leading experts. Her educational career history includes Director of the UK government’s flagship National Academy for Gifted and Talented Youth (NAGTY) based at the University of Warwick, Deputy Dean of Westminster Institute of Education, Oxford Brookes University and roles at Local Authority and schools levels. Deborah has enabled many education institutions and initiatives to move from good to outstanding."[1]
