Deedie Potter Rose, "a resident of Dallas, serves on the boards of numerous not-for-profit organizations, including Public Radio International, North Texas Public Broadcasting, Texas Christian University, The Trinity Trust, the Dallas Theater Center, and the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts. She is a past member of the National Council of the National Endowment for the Arts, and is past President of the Board of the Dallas Museum of Art. Additionally, Ms. Rose serves on a number of advisory boards, including the Dallas Women's Foundation and The University of Texas School of Architecture. She received the 2005 Anti-Defamation League Humanitarian Award and was the 1997 recipient of the TACA Neiman Marcus Silver Cup award, given annually for distinguished service to the arts. She has also served as the chair of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society for the United Way of Dallas County and as national co-chair of Texas Christian University’s capital campaign." [1]
