Diebold Accuvote voting machines are built by Diebold Election Systems, a subsidiary of Diebold Inc. and are used in Cuyahoga County, OH, US, Franklin County, OH, US, all over FL, US and many other states.
Ralph Nader and Peter Camejo who ran as independent candidates in the U.S. presidential election, 2004 have also requested a hand recount of the vote in New Hampshire (NH, US) because of reports of anomalies favoring "George W. Bush" in towns that used this system. A hand recount would either rule out the possibility of machine error or show a discrepancy between the Diebold machines and the actual vote - and is the only way to resolve the issue. votenader.org
