Biographical Information
Appointed to the Mitchells & Butlers "Board in October 2011 having held the position of Company Secretary & General Counsel since he joined Mitchells & Butlers in January 2011. Doug was previously at Royal Mail where he was Group General Counsel. Prior to this he held Company Secretary & Corporate Legal Director positions at Exel plc and Engen Limited." [1]
