Biographical Information

"Doug founded The Challenge Network with Craig and Jon. He supports the charity’s staff policies and programmes, including learning & development, compensation & benefits and coaching. Doug joined The Challenge Network from Google, where he led European staffing programmes and general HR support for Google’s engineers. Before Google, Doug was an infantry officer and strategic planner in the U.S. Army and a management consultant and talent manager at McKinsey & Company. He has also volunteered as a debt counsellor and was Vice Chair of Governors for a community special school in his London borough. Doug earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from West Point and an M.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University." [1]
