"Doug Steenland is currently a Senior Advisor to the Blackstone Private Equity Group, Chairman of the Board of Performance Food Group Inc. and holds a portfolio of board directorships, including: American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) and its wholly owned subsidiary, International Lease Finance Corporation; Chrysler Group LLC; Digital River Corporation (NASDA: DRIV) and Hilton Worldwide Inc.

"He previously held numerous executive roles during seventeen years with Northwest Airlines Corporation, most latterly as President and Chief Executive Officer - from October 2004 until its merger with Delta Air Lines in October 2008. Doug Steenland was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Travelport Limited in August 2011 and serves on the Compensation, Audit and Executive Committees of the Board."[1]
