Biographical Information

"Duncan is Vice President of the Youth Sport Trust and co-founded the organisation in 1994. Duncan won a gold medal for 100m breaststroke and bronze medal for the 4x100m medley relay in the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games. Since retiring from competitive swimming he has been involved with various charities: he is President of Swimathon, whose swimmers have raised over £34m for charity; Vice President of Dyslexia Action; and Chairman of the Millfield Foundation.

"Duncan has extensive and diverse business interests and also fronts many media and promotional campaigns. Limelight Sport Ltd, winner of The Sports Industry Sport Agency of the Year, is the UK's leading mass-participation sports marketing agency. Duncan is also a Director of Premier Sport."[1]
