Biographical Information
"Edward Esko, a native of Philadelphia, served as vice president of the East West Foundation in Boston, initiated annual conferences on macrobiotics and cancer, and edited books such as Natural Healing through Macrobiotics and Cancer and Diet. He has lectured at the United Nations and in over a dozen countries. He is the author of Healing Planet Earth, Yin Yang Primer, and Contemporary Macrobiotics. He is a founder of KINA, LLC, a natural products company, and on the board of directors of the Preventive Medicine Center in Hartford, CT. Edward is a founder of of Planetary Health/Amberwaves, and lives with his family in western Massachusetts." [1]
