Biographical Information

"After a career in primary schools in London, Liz retired as Head of Charles Dickens School in Southwark in 2006, having affected a complete transformation - a task that included taking over direct control of the school kitchens. In 2005 Liz was "The Pride of Britain' teacher of the year, in recognition of the huge improvement in the school's achievement and in school food. Liz is Chair of Directors at Farms for City Children and a trustee of Coin Street Community Builders. "[1]
