Biographical Information
"Elizabeth is a social scientist / researcher with many years of experience of managing NGOs both in the UK and in Pakistan / Afghanistan. As well as a being a founding member of Afghanaid, Elizabeth was also a founding member of BAAG, the umbrella group of British NGOs working in Afghanistan. Elizabeth is a consultant specialising in capacity building and civil society development."[1]
