Franklin Watson "brings over 18 years of legal and business management experience to RES from various industries including technology, finance, real estate development, and construction law. As Vice President of Administration and General Counsel, he is responsible for executive management of the administrative functions of the company, as well as for the legal affairs of the company to include contracts and management of outside resources.

"Prior to his current role Mr. Watson was an outside counsel for RES, and a founding partner at Watson, Khachadourian, & Iams LLP. Mr. Watson has also successfully handled both international and local, multi-million dollar disputes for large corporations, such as Wells Fargo Bank, Samsung Engineering, Resolution Trust Corp. (RTC), JB Management, LP, Sacramento River Cats, Placer Sierra Bank, and the State of California, Department of Water Resources. Previously, Mr. Watson worked as an attorney at the premier international law firms of Thelen, Marrin, Johnson & Bridges and Marron, Reid & Sheehy.

"Mr. Watson holds a juris doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California at Davis. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Sacramento Area, serving on its Finance Committee." [1]
