Frederick J. Iseman "serves as chairman and managing partner of Caxton-Iseman Capital, Inc., a $2 billion private investment firm he founded in1993. He also is director and chairman of Anteon International, a leading provider of information technology and advanced engineering services to the U.S. government and chairman of Buffets, Inc., a family restaurant chain.

"Mr. Iseman is a director of Vitality Beverages, Inc., and a member of the advisory board of Duke Street Capital, a private equity firm that invests through Europe. Before his work in finance, Mr. Iseman held several positions in publishing and worked on former President Jimmy Carter’s presidential campaign.

"He serves on the board of The New York City Opera, the Glimmerglass Opera, and the International Rescue Committee and has published articles in the New York Times, Washington Post, Harper's Magazine, and The New Yorker. He received his bachelor’s degree from Yale University in 1975." [1]
