Gillian McKeith
"After Gillian experienced a severe bout of personal ill health and recovery through nutritional medicine, Gillian embarked upon a new path which would change her life forever. Gillian then spent several years re-training in Holistic Nutrition first starting at the the American Holistic College of Nutrition (USA).

In May 2005, McKeith was given the Best Organic Businesses 2005 Consumer Education Award by the Soil Association. [1]
