Global Dominion Impact Ministries is a religious charity, to which the Katherine Harris Senate campaign donated $100 after it came to light that she had been the guest of Mitchell Wade (founder of defense contractor MZM Inc. which had been implicated in the bribery scandal that resulted in the criminal conviction and resignation of California congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham, and which had illegally bundled together $32,000 in contributions nominally from individual MZM employees but for which they were reimbursed, and delivered the money to the Harris campaign) at a dinner at the Washington restaurant Citronelle which cost $2,800; far in excess of the $50 limit on gifts that members of Congress are allowed to accept.

The website of Global Dominion Impact Ministries describes its founder's "inspiring testimony of her deliverance from being sold to devils as an infant. She also shares her miraculous healing from her breast cancer as well as being raised from the dead."
