Hastings Direct is a trading name of Hastings Insurance Services Limited, a UK personal lines insurance broker servicing customers online, by phone and by branch. The business plan was written by David Gundlach and Andrew Bowen and the company launched in 1997.[1] Since then Hastings Direct has become an award-winning insurance company and is one of the UK's fastest growing insurance brokers.
