"Henry F. Frigon has served as a director of PCA since February 2000. Mr. Frigon served as Chairman, President and CEO of CARSTAR, a provider of collision repair services, from June 1998 until his retirement in February 2001. Since 1994, he has been a private investor and business consultant. Mr. Frigon served as Executive Vice President – Corporate Development and Strategy and Chief Financial Officer of Hallmark Cards, Inc., from 1990 through 1994. He retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of BATUS Inc. in March 1990 after serving with the company for over ten years." [1]
