Hillel Levine

Hillel Levine "is Professor of Sociology and Religion at Boston University and President of the International Institute for Mediation and Historical Conciliation. The focus of his work has been on modern Jewish history, comparative historical sociology, the cultural roots of entrepreneurship, and ethnic relations and public policy. His writings include Origins of Economic Anti-Semitism and In Search of Sugihara. He is active in Jewish communal affairs and gave the landmark address at the 1969 General Assembly that outlined many of the changes of priorities that are being implemented as part of the Jewish renaissance today."
