Biographical Information

"Dr. Urso offers integrative (holistic) spiritual counseling, therapy and stress management. A practitioner of the Living Ethics of Agni Yoga and Raja Yoga meditation for over 30 years and a life long student of the esoteric tradition of the Ageless, Perennial Wisdom, Dr. Urso obtained her doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles. She completed a three-year certificate program through the Open Center of New York City in Integrative Therapy with Dr. Martha Crampton, Ph.D., a student of Dr. Roberto Assagioli, M.D., the founder of the world famous fourth force psychology of Psychosynthesis.

"For over thirty years, the focus of Dr. Urso's work has been the evolution of consciousness and the transpersonal dimension, which brings in the role of the spiritual consciousness—also called the Inner Healer, the Compassionate Observer, the Higher Self, the Soul, and the spark of consciousness that allows each human being to evolve, grow and progress on his or her path of life and eventually, into higher states of consciousness.
