He also served as Senate Banking Committee counsel to Sen. William V. Roth, Jr. (R-DE), helping to craft the Reigle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act, among other landmark legislation. Mr. Boggs continues to work closely with the Senate Banking and House Financial Services Committees on issues impacting the financial services industry, as well as the Congressional Appropriations and tax-writing committees.
