C. J. Rosene was secretary to Brown & Williamson's Additives Advisory Committee circa 1983. [1] He attended the December 7, 1967 meeting at the Research Triangle Institute regarding individual's smoke exposure. He has knowledge of smokers' "compensation" techniques and the inaccuracies of the FTC method for measuring tar/nicotine exposure to smokers. No first name given. (UCSF000131-132)
