James E. McNamee, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at the Department of Physiology, University of South Carolina, School of Medicine Columbia, SC 29209.

Biography

James E. McNamee, Ph.D. received his Bachelors Degree in Electric Engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1969. He then obtained a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California in 1971. In 1974, he received his Ph.D. from the Department of Biomedical Engineering of the University of Southern California and he then became a research fellow from 1974-1976 at the Cardiovascular Research State at the University of California in San Francisco, California. Dr. McNamee has researched and written on the issue of nicotine uptake.(State of Florida's Proposed Plaintiff's Disclosure of Expert Witnesses, 2/5/97)

He has served as a plaintiff's witness.
