James Keeley

James Keeley "is a China specialist working on agriculture, environment and science and innovation. His research and consultancy focuses on policy processes, governance and the political economy of change. He was formerly a Research Officer at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, and is currently a Senior Researcher at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), based in London. He co-authored ‘Understanding Environmental Policy Processes: cases from Africa’ (Earthscan, 2003, with Ian Scoones), and ‘China: the next science superpower?’ (Demos, 2007, with James Wilsdon). He has spent several years living and working in China, and can work in Chinese." [1]
