James L. Charles, Ph.D. was a Philip Morris Research & Devlopment Vice President, a Pharmacologist and was considered for legal purposes to be an Industry Expert. He was Vice President of Research and a scientist for Philip Morris, Inc. circa 1982, in 1986 and then again from 1992 to 1993.
